A new survey from The Ohio State University found that more than half of Americans don’t know alcohol consumption can contribute to colorectal cancer. The survey also found that many Americans don’t know that diet, obesity and lack of exercise are also risk factors for this type of cancer. While the overall rate of colorectal cancer is declining, rates of the disease are rising among Americans 50 and younger. |

A new WalletHub survey looked at the 182 largest cities in the U.S. to see which places are the happiest. The survey found that Fremont, Calif., just outside of San Fransisco, is the happiest city in the U.S. While different things make different people happy, the survey linked Fremont residents’ annual income, low divorce rate and low depression rates as contributing factors to the city’s happiness level. |

A recent Pew Research Center study found that most Americans don’t think that new injectable weight loss drugs like Ozempic will do much to help obesity in the U.S. About 42 percent of adults in the U.S. are obese, according to the CDC. 65 percent of Americans don’t think willpower alone is enough to lose weight and keep it off. |
